On Yoga Alliance USA alone there already 90,000 Registered Yoga Teachers world-wide. With Yoga Teacher training becoming readily available online, anyone can become a Yoga teacher. But there’s a huge difference between a teacher who regurgiates cues like a waitress repeating an order, and a teacher who leaves her students uplifted even after they leave the mat. This is the difference between simply a certified teacher and a great teacher.

As a newly certified Yoga teacher, teaching can feel overwhelming. You might feel you’re not good enough; you might feel like you’re an imposter; you might struggle to find your unique teaching style. Like you, I too, felt the same when I first started out.

ABOUT WENLIN:
Wenlin Tan is a E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®, IAYT-IT Yoga-Alliance USA-certified Yoga trainer who has been studying movement since she was 9. Originally from Singapore, Wenlin is now based in Turin, Italy, and has taught for private resorts, hotels, studios and Yoga festivals and led retreats, workshops and masterclasses. Students know her for her unique teaching style which integrates Qigong, Somatics, Vinyasa Yoga and Eastern Philosophy.
